Chery presentó oficialmente el Chery Face, un vehículo desarrollado en Uruguay que cuenta con un amplio nivel de equipamiento y estará disponible inicialmente en un unica versión a un precio de 55000 pesos y dos años de garantía.
De serie trae doble airbag, ABS. EBD, aire acondicionado, dirección asistida, levantavidrios en los 4 puertas, espejos eléctricos, cierre central con comando a distancia, volante regulable en altura, radio con reproductor de CD/MP3, conexión USB, llantas de aleación de 14″, sensor de estacionamiento trasero, apertura de baúl y tanque de combustible desde el interior.
Mide 3.7 metros de largo, 1.58 metros de largo, 1.53 metros de alto, cuenta con una capacidad de baúl de 190dm3 y el motor es un naftero de 1,3 litros con 83CV, transmisión manual de cinco velocidades que desarrolla una velocidad máxima de 156 km/h.
El Chery Face, conocido como A1 en otros mercados, es un auto pequeño de los denominados CityCar que estará compitiendo en forma directa con el Chevrolet Spark, el Hyundai i10 y el Kia Picanto.
